Carolyn Clark sent us a picture of Easter time at her home. I thought I would share it and remind you that all of our glass Easter ornaments are on sale this week!

There is something so happy and fun about walking into a home that is decked out for any holiday. I am partial to antique displays myself and have collected holiday items for a number of years. I think my toy-like creations have an antique flare with a bit of a contemporary twist.
The group above is all dressed up in their Sunday best. They make a lovely arrangement on any table top and sometimes they will perform in an Easter Parade march. If you are very quiet and still, you might hear their soft sweet voices chattering as they celebrate the onset of the precious Easter season.
All of my designs are made by hand in Southern California and can be found in stores and galleries across the USA. You can contact us for the store closest to you at cs@debbeethibault.com or check out our new online store.

My German ornament designs are very unique and have a delicate antique look to them. Every year I pull out a cotton wrapped tree and hang my Easter and Spring ornaments on the branches. I like to mix the beautiful glass with a collection of hand painted eggs done by a 5th grade Sunday school class in the early 1960s. My Easter tree makes a wonderful display and depicts an old German tradition that is very much a part of the way they decorate and celebrate the season.
Here is a peek at Easter in Germany...

Bring this Easter tradition into your own home using ornaments and hanging eggs.
